As a young man, he helped develop his family’s California Pizza Franchise, moving to a career in restaurant food distribution. That experience gave him the insight on the best products and manufacturers in the market. Since the beginning, he has owned and operated many locations and has consulted on countless others.

With this knowledge Joey developed his own original recipe over 30 years ago. Baldwin Park Pizza Company stays true to this exclusive recipe.
